It’s the image Liverpool fans thought they would probably never see.

Club legend Steven Gerrard holding up a shirt other than the red of Liverpool but the picture above shows him clutching the LA Galaxy shirt he will be wearing next season.

With the Hollywood sign in the background, the 35-year-old looked relaxed ahead of his presentation to the Galaxy fans on Saturday during half-time at the match against Toronto.
